By completing the Application Form, you are providing personal information OzProp Capital Pty Ltd (“OCPL”). Your personal information will be used to process your application and, if your application is successful, to administer and report on your unit holding in the OzProp Investment Trust and the progress of the Trust’s activities. Your personal information may also be provided to other persons to enable OzProp Capital Pty Ltd to provide the services to you (e.g. service providers, consultants, and advisers), or to persons that you authorize to act on your behalf in relation to your investment (e.g. your financial adviser, accountant or lawyer). We may also disclose your personal information to others as permitted under the law (and authorized by you as acknowledged in the Application Form).
If you do not provide all or part of the information required by the application form, OzProp Capital Pty Ltd will not be able to accept your application, and you will not be able to acquire units in the OzProp Investment Trust. If any of your personal or contact details change, please provide OzProp Capital Pty Ltd all updated details at the address stated in this application form. It is important that we have your correct contact details in order that we can keep you appraised of the progress of your investment and if we need to contact you regarding any extraordinary requirements. You can also contact OzProp Capital Pty Ltd to find out what personal information is held about you or if you have a complaint about the way in which your personal information has been handled.
The applicant acknowledges that the Manager does not guarantee the performance of the Trust or return of capital. The applicant further acknowledges that the subscription is subject to investment risk, including the loss of income and capital.
The Trust is an unregistered managed investment scheme. Investment in the Trust is only available to wholesale clients as defined by the Corporations Act 2001, refer to part 1 of the IM for further details.
