Licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as a registered service provider for Wholesale and Sophisticated Investors. (License No: 433227). 

 

OzProp Capital (Pty) Ltd acts as the issuer of units and ensures that due procedure is followed for all investments made by OzProp and that they comply with the regulations as set out by ASIC, providing comfort for investors.

OzProp Holdings

OzProp Holdings Pty Ltd are responsible for the asset management of the Trust. In addition, they are responsible for the ongoing management of all Class Assets, the making of all future property acquisitions in accordance with the Trust’s investment objectives and the investment strategy of the relevant Class. 

 

This involves:

 

  1. Sourcing potential properties and entering into contracts to purchase;
  2. Coordinating due diligence;
  3. Sourcing finance (if required); and
  4. Coordinating the settlement process.

 

They are also required to:

 

  1. Maintain a register of applications and be responsible for any distribution calculations;
  2. Ensure Investors are kept up to date of any matters of interest;
  3. Maintain accounts for the Trust;
  4. Manage the Trust property, including monitoring of any service providers appointed to provide property management services; and
  5. Prepare financial statements and Investor communications.

Aus CPM (Pty) Ltd

AUS CPM (Pty) Ltd is a property management business and full subsidiary of OzProp. It has agreements in place to operationally manage a number of properties where OzProp is the Asset Manager.

Activities include:

  • Tenant relationships
  • Leasing & rental invoicing
  • Facilities management

We believe that business is about relationships and we use our in-house team as much as possible to make sure these relationships grow and prosper.
