Nike plays a key role in the financial management and accounting for the investments of the property fund. Her extensive account knowledge which spans over 25 years is complimented by the support of a top tier external accounting firm.
Alex has over 7 years’ experience within residential and commercial property. He completed a Master of Property Development & Valuation at Bond University which has provided him with the skills to undertake compressive research of the marketplace to determine where the asset has potential uplift, including development and repositioning.
Angela brings over 35 years in accounting and customer relations, with 6 years accounting experience focused in the CRE sector. Angela oversees all aspects of the properties account transactions as well as playing a key role in the companies administration support team.
Sarah brings over 20 years experience in business management across several industries. With extensive knowledge and first hand experience in the commercial real estate sector working for small boutique agencies up to ASX listed RE groups, Sarah oversees all aspects of the Asset’s performance, including repositioning, financial growth, acquisitions and disposals.
OzProp Holdings Pty Ltd are responsible for the asset management of the Trust. In addition, they are responsible for the ongoing management of all Class Assets, the making of all future property acquisitions in accordance with the Trust’s investment objectives and the investment strategy of the relevant Class.

AUS CPM (Pty) Ltd is a property management business and full subsidiary of OzProp. It has agreements in place to operationally manage a number of properties where OzProp is the Asset Manager.
